Jugal Shah is the founder member of the firm and fellow member of ICAI. He did his Bachelor of Commerce from SP College- Pune University in the year 2005. He also completed is Masters of Commerce in 2007 from Pune University. He has done his Diploma in International Business. He has worked with one of the leading CA firm in India, in Corporate Taxation Department, providing tax consultancy and tax compliance related services to Corporates/ non Corporates, both resident and non-resident Indians. He has also expertise in representation before Tax Authorities in Assessments and Appellate Proceedings.
He also specializes in Audits, Indirect Taxation, Company Law, FEMA matters.
He is also actively involved in writing articles in various journals and solving queries on various forums. |
